Yes, we know you love your bakkies, South Africa. So we've decided to publish a list of best-selling pickups every month.
After the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa (Naamsa) releases the figures for new vehicle sales each month, we'll slap together a list of the top ten best-selling bakkies.
- Read our reviews of the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, Chevrolet Utility and Nissan NP200.
The Toyota Hilux remained king of the bakkie in June 2012. The Chevrolet Utility again held off the Nissan NP200 to take second spot. The Ford Ranger is slowly gathering pace, and ended up less than 100 units behind the NP200 in June.
So, in a nutshell, there wasn't much change at all. Check out the full top-ten list below.
