Shocking CCTV footage from Turkey shows two young children falling out of a moving car — before getting to their feet and trotting off.

The clip, posted on YouTube, shows the vehicle's tailgate suddenly open as it drives down the street. First one small child, and then the second, falls out onto the tarmac. They have hardly hit the ground before they stand up and scurry over to the side of the road.

Members of the public stop to check on the children, before the car out of which they fell reverses back into the frame. The children appear to have escaped serious injury.
