We've all seen supercars on the road. But how often have you seen a supercar crash, in a suburb?

The driver of this yellow Lamborghini Gallardo was waiting at a red traffic light in a Chicago suburb for what seemed like an age. Luckily for us, the folks in the car behind him had their video camera ready to catch what they expected to be an exciting pull-off from the intersection.

Turns out it was exciting. Well, perhaps not for the driver...

After a bit of rather impressive revving, the traffic lights eventually turn green. And off our Lambo hero goes. He soon loses grip and thumps into a couple of innocent motorists in the oncoming lane. Ouch. Lamborghini, and pride, dented.
