A Chevrolet Corvette driver attempted a burnout for a group of youngsters at an informal car show... and ended up a bit red-faced.

The incident took place at Cars and Coffee, an informal weekly car show in Dallas. The driver tried to pull off a burnout for the small crowd, but it didn't go as well as he had hoped. He loses control of the Corvette and hits the curb, sliding up onto the grass. Still, things could have been far worse...

Once the car comes to an embarrassing halt, he puts his foot down for a speedy exit. And we'll forgive him for the failed burnout simply because of the sound of the Corvette as he hoofs it into the distance. Yum.
