A Formula Renault racer solved an electrical problem by removing his steering wheel while flying down a straight.

Jeroen Slaghekke could have pitted and lost his position, but instead took a gamble by removing and re-attaching the wheel in a matter of three seconds. The result? Problem solved.

Slaghekke eventually took sixth place at Oschersleben. Well done, sir.
