A motorist at a Russian petrol station has narrowly avoided being crushed by an out-of-control truck.

The dramatic footage was caught by the vehicle's dash camera. It shows the truck slamming into a lorry in Orenburg, before heading onto the forecourt of the petrol station at quite a speed.

The man — hand in pocket — suddenly realises that he is in immense danger, and somehow manages to avoid be hit, if only be centimetres. The truck crashes into another vehicle, taking out a petrol pump in the process.
