Toyota has released a rather risque advertisement for its all-new 2013 Auris hatchback, featuring a topless transgender model.

Stav Strashko, a 19-year-old male model born in the Ukraine and raised in Israel, is the star of the commercial. He struts across the screen and drops his jacket, under which he is wearing, well, not much at all.

The words "not trendy, not casual, not for everyone" then appear on the screen.

The shock value is obviously quite high, and the advert has pulled more than 650 000 views on YouTube in a matter of days.

It's certainly far from the normally conservative ads from the Japanese manufacturer. What do you think of it? Watch it below and let us know in the comments field.
