An American racer got it all wrong when he crashed and flipped his Mustang in a Formula D drift race in Las Vegas.
The crash was caught on video and shows the driver, Jim Guthrie, leading his opponent as they both drift round a corner. It's when Guthrie attempts to try to drift into the next corner that he gets it all wrong. After straightening up, he realises he doesn't have the line to make the next corner, stomps on the brakes and ploughs straight into the tyre wall and flips his Mustang onto its roof.
Guthrie was unhurt in the crash.
