A Chinese motorist got the fright of his life when his vehicle was accidentally hooked by a construction crane and dragged along the road for a few very anxious moments.

After a long wait at a traffic intersection, the driver of the vehicle attempts to overtake the minivan in front of him that has stopped to let a truck through. Our driver tries to slip through the gap made by a truck carrying a crane on the left and the minivan.

A few moments later our guy's car somehow manges to get hooked by the crane and is dragged sideways for a heartstopping few moments. A passing motorcyclist manages to alert the truck driver to what's happening and stops to sort the tangled mess out.

We're pretty sure though that our driver won't try to sneak through the gap again.
