Defending world champion Kimi Raikkonen on Thursday said that Ferrari's engine problems were over.

The 28-year-old Finn said there would not be a repeat of the two engine failures that dogged their last two outings in Hungary and at Valencia for the European Grand Prix when the Belgian GP takes place on Sunday.

"I think we know what was the problem and it is more or less the same issue with [teammate Felipe Massa's] engine," he said.

"It can happen again but I am sure they have fixed the problem and we should be fine."
