Volkswagen is set to unveil its latest Golf in a few days but a leaked video has revealed more details of the new car.
According to the video, the new vehicle appears to be bigger than the Mk VI but it has shed 100kg. The Mk VII is longer and wider than its predecessor and has more interior room than the Golf VI.
The video also claims that the engine has reduced fuel consumption and emissions by up to 23%.
In addition to LED fog lights, a speed limiter, run-flat tyres and progressive steering, the Mk VII will also feature fatigue detection sensors, traffic sign detections sensors, a parking pilot and a driving profile selection.
The new Golf is set to be unveiled on September 4.
