A serious crash occurred at about 06:30 on 3 October 2017 on the M4 southbound near to Broadway in the Durban North area.
According to reports from the scene, it is alleged that the minibus tax was the only vehicle involved.
Arrive Alive mentions that from the fourteen people whom paramedics attended to at the scene, thirteen adults sustained minor to moderate injuries. A six-month-old baby boy had however sustained serious injuries after he had been ejected when the vehicle overturned.
After being stabilised at the scene, the patients were transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further assessment, Arrive Alive adds.
