It was reported that a 33-year-old man sustained moderate injuries when he crashed his vehicle through a residential wall and landed in a swimming pool in Hamberg, Roodepoort on Thursday afternoon.
According to Arrive Alive, ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene after 4pm and found the man walking around the scene. The bakkie was found completely underwater in the residential swimming pool. Arrive Alive adds that paramedics assessed the man, finding that he had sustained a possible hand injury as well as several cuts and bruises.
It is understood that the man had apparently swerved for an oncoming vehicle and lost control of his vehicle before it crashed through the wall along Albertina Sisulu Road.
