Aston Martin loses its staid British image with the flashy new One-77.
Based on a sophisticated carbon fibre chassis with a handcrafted aluminium body, the supercar is powered by a hand-built 7.0-litre V12.
A top speed of 320km/h is estimated, with a 0-100km/h sprint time of 3.5-seconds.
After being revealed later this year, the very limited edition £1-million coupe will go on sale — to 77 buyers.
The car is the first all-new Aston Martin since Ford sold the brand to an investor group spearheaded by David Richards of Prodrive.
