The original four-door sedan that is the Mercedes CLS has been spotted wearing its camoflague gear ahead of its launch in 2011.
This though is the first viewing of the AMG spec version of the CLS.
With a view of the front, it's easy to spot the similarities between this model and the current E Class. The headlamps in particular stand out.
The CLS AMG will likely be equipped the engine model of the E Class AMG as well - the 6.3-litre, V8 that pumps out 386kW of power.
The new CLS will undoubtedly have more competition this time around as it will be entering the market along with the Porsche Panamera, Aston Martin Rapide and the upcoming Audi A7.
