Mazda will officially unveil its Mazda6 estate at the Paris Motor Show later this month, but it has released images and engine specifications for the model.
The Japanese manufacturer will also display the new Mazda6 sedan in Paris. The sedan was launched at the recent Moscow Motor Show and is bigger, safer and comes with more tech than the previous generation.
Both models will feature Mazda's new Skyactiv-D 2.2 clean diesel engine and will be available in either Standard Power or High Power versions. Both engine types comply with Euro6 emissions standards. Additionally, the new Mazda6 will also be available with the Skyactiv-G 2.0 petrol engine.
Mazda will be bringing the sedan to South Africa but has not confirmed which egines will power the vehicles when they arive in the country next year.
