Big 3 Shoot Outs!!
"); document.write("Automotive journalists are an unimaginative lot. Yet they constantly feel the need to give us their opinions. Worse is when they decide to \"excite\" us with these shoot outs!!

1) Since the M3 was born before the others, journalists are loathe to evolve from its attributes. You can expect that every shoot-out will end up in an M3 verdict. Boring!!

2) People are more educated about their buying decisions. They aren't buying cars based on what the car can do. Its about what the customer values.

3) There are no roads made up of only corners & bends. Most roads are straight! So boo-hoo to the M3s abilities.

4) And even if most roads were built like race-tracks, no one really drives that hard in real life. tedious"); document.write("
Big 3 shootout
"); document.write("Let me quote a bit of research before you make those uninformed subjective comments. Research published a while ago in car magazine showed that about 40% of persons purchasing a car first do extensive research on the product, and frequently know more about it than the salesperson. Secondly they will look very closely at those figures.

More importantly though I am one of those also subjective people that drive a BMW simply for the sheer driving pleasure. The most important aspect of a car is it's suspension system - where BMW is miles ahead of the rest. Taking a bend in the M3 is an absolute pleasure.

Horses for courses, but to me there is no contest.. Africa"); document.write("
