Oh, and prices!!!
Thanks for a great article though!. DT");

The people that evaluate and drive cars the way journalists evaluate and drive them will be dead in a decade or two, with the new generation replacing them - fond of iDrive!. TP");

document.write("This article is a classic example of how people's opinions differ. In this month's CAR magazine, they do a comparative road test between the Merc and the BMW, and their opinion was that the Merc shades the BMW in the overall outcome. Personally, I'm a BMW fan, but I would be hard pressed to choose between these three. They're all awesome!. Stuart");

document.write("I have never in my life read an article more biased towards one car. I'm a huge BMW fan, but I think that all three car's deserve an equal amount of coverage in editorial which was CLEARLY not the case here. One car can be more enjoyed than another but it's rediculous how little was mentioned about the Audi or Benz...Shocking journo really.. John");
document.write("Pioneer???
");
document.write("What an appallingly biased article, Lupini. We all know that you are a BMW nutter, but what utter drivel. “BMW pioneered rear suspension”!!!!!!. The other two brands here use a different approach to theirs. Who the hell pioneered the multilink front suspension and Piezo injectors in diesel engines? Audi did, but no mention of that at all. Strange how BMW with their purported handling edge withdrew from Production Car Racing here in SA because they got hammered first by Nissan Z’s and then Audi Quattro’s (whose engines produced less KWs than the BMW’s), both supposedly inferior handlers, in your eyes, to this BMW 3 series. Have you never even considered the fact that these cars are firstly designed for novice drivers that will be using them on public roads? The responsible approach is handling that is sharp enough for the speeds that the vehicles will mostly be driven at on these public roads and safety if the boundaries of capability are over stepped. Both Audi and Mercedes are the more responsible manufacturers here and that is why a driver with a motor racing heritage and ability, such as you, will always prefer the BMW. But your ilk, I am afraid, are in a huge minority in the larger motoring world where these cars are designed to operate. Remember, we are not supposed, or rather not allowed, to drive like hooligans on our public roads.. Kevin");

document.write("This is shocking journalism. Very disappointing. It's like BMW paid you to do this write-up. Dude, the five-link rear end suspension system was pioneered in the Merc 190 in 1982!!! And Merc even has a patent on it!! What's wrong with you?
Merc started the whole \"centre consol input\" thingy in the 1999 W220 S Class!!
Man, you just dont know what you're talking about. How did you get such a cushy job!!?. tedious");
document.write("Opinions
");
document.write("Wow!!! It’s amazing how opinion differs, while I do agree that the article is biased. I must still add that there is no single magazine out there that is not. Topcar and Car mags are totally Audi fanatics and they both hate BMW equally. It is also common knowledge that BMW is a great handling car on the track by novice or experienced drivers. Even the Merc fan Jeremy Clarkson of Topgear has acknowledged this on many occasions. The car of choice for them(Topgear) in handling and power is BMW. It is also important to note that BMW is the only brand to have a 50/50 weight distribution. The Mercedes C63 is 4 seconds slower on a track than the BMW and the Audi RS4 is 4.5 slower. What does this say to all the Audi and Merc fans. The very reason for creating cars like this is for their track abilities. These diesels are along similar lines. While the bias is there, lets not take anything away from a great car. . Mr V");

Instead of writing the article after ONLY driving the BMW, please don't write articles. BMW's have lost their appeal to the majority of the drivers out there.... Karl");
