"); document.write("I’ve had experiences with VW Audi and Volvo and in truth I would not rate their service anyway near 80%. More especially when it comes to resolution of a problem especially with a serious problems like head gasket failure. None of these guys will tell you why the gasket blew. They just fix it and refuse, point blank, to accept that the car will continue to give you problems after the warranty is over. They cannot fix the diff whine on my XC70, they employ staff who phone and tell you to come collect the car as its ready but when you get there the work hasn't been done and the car is not even on their premises. They've done that twice. If someone gave me a Volvo I'd refuse it on the basis of their seriously pathetic service. I don't take these surveys seriously anymore , they are skewed in favour of the dealers. Word of mouth from consumers is far a more reliable source of information, as in Hellopeter.
