But the driving experience really doesn?t turn me on as much as a Cayman S does, albeit the Porsche is nearly R300K dearer. The Audi is a good buy, but I?d still be more tempted by a run-out Z4 M Coupe."

"Not such a hotshot off the mark - but once in motion the TTS truly gets going. The 4.8- and 5.1-second bursts from 80 to 120 and 120 to 160km/h put its performance capabilities beyond doubt. Computer interference at pull-off is the main bugbear. Other than that it?s a wonderful piece of kit - especially at Highveld altitudes."
